How we can best support you with our services for trade fairs and other events is something we would be happy to discuss with you by telephone. In principle, the following service packages are conceivable:
- Transfer journeys between airport/railway station, trade fair, hotel and other desired locations, such as restaurants, can be booked individually or as a package in the number you require.
- Hourly or daily booking of our drivers in the vehicle class of your choice. Our chauffeur is at your disposal during these periods and can take care of all your errands as well as transfers.
- Taking over all transfer trips for your team and your guests at jointly agreed times in the morning and evening hours.
- The all-round package for the trade or public fair: Our drivers are at your disposal for the entire duration of the trade fair within the desired framework and take on all the tasks that arise, which we can cover with our services. You and your team can rely on full availability and support.
The choice of vehicle is made according to your wishes. In addition to our existing fleet, we can also draw on other vehicle classes and offer comfortable transfer journeys for up to 36 people in one vehicle.
The costs for our Chauffeur Service
Depending on which package you book, you will be billed either per pre-determined trip or by time and kilometres travelled. Of course, you will always receive an offer tailored to your needs in advance, so that you are always informed about all costs incurred.
