Trade fair or event visit in the Bavarian capital Munich – comfortable with chauffeur
With its 1.5 million inhabitants, Munich is not only the third-largest city in Germany, but also a booming centre of business in Europe. Traditional lifestyle and economic modernity are two sides united by the capital of Bavaria. Oktoberfest and beer gardens on the one hand, a large creative and start-up scene and high employment statistics on the other.
The German economic miracle in the 20th century also contributed to this change of the city, which was also the time when Messe München was founded in 1964. After the relocation of the trade fair centre to Riem in 1998, the new Munich Trade Fair Centre now offers 18 exhibition halls with around 200,000 square metres of exhibition space and 414,000 square metres of open-air exhibition grounds. Over the past five decades, the trade fair has developed into a globally recognised and active trade fair company.
Accordingly, the trade fair has expanded not only worldwide, but also within Munich. Today, Messe München also includes the Event Center Messe München (MOC), the International Congress Center Messe München (ICM) and the Conference Center North Messe München (CCN). Every year, around 2.5 million visitors meet at these four locations to exchange ideas, do business and make contacts. According to the slogan “Connecting Global Competence”.
As a visitor, you can therefore not only look forward to exciting and promising encounters, but also to exploring Munich outside the trade fair event. Whether it’s a relaxing evening at the Brauhaus or a stroll through the historic old town.

Important locations: trade fair and event locations, train station & airport
Munich International Trade Fairs and its associated ICM and CNN congress centres are located slightly outside Munich in the Riem district. There are two nearby underground stations, which provide good local transport connections, but if you are travelling by plane or long-distance, you will have to put up with transfer times and waiting times. The airport is about 40 km and the railway station about 12 km away from the exhibition grounds. The use of our airport transfer or train station pick-up service is therefore ideal for your stress-free journey to and from the Munich Trade Fair Centre.
You may wish to make a stopover at a hotel or restaurant. Using our services gives you more flexibility here, too.
We are also happy to accommodate you if you wish to travel exclusively by car from surrounding or more distant cities via the motorway network. Thanks to the connection to the A 94 motorway, our chauffeur can bring you comfortably directly to the exhibition grounds.
