Coach trip Amsterdam - FAQ

Yes, a day trip to Amsterdam can be tailored to your group. Typically, there is a shared departure in the morning, a planned exit, time for the on-site program and a return trip in the evening. The starting location, desired times, group size and possible stopping points are important.

Weekend trips, company outings and incentive trips to Amsterdam can be planned to suit the schedule. Companies use such trips, for example, for team events, customer events, evening programs, hotel transfers or appointments around RAI Amsterdam. We check the right travel solution based on your data.

There is no fixed package route. The Amsterdam trip is checked according to travel date, starting location, group size, reason and desired program. In this way, the trip can be prepared appropriately for a day trip, weekend trip, school trip, club trip or company trip.

The costs depend on the departure location, travel date, travel duration, group size, desired route, waiting times and possible stopovers. Hotel arrival, evening program, luggage and seasonal demand can also play a role. Send us the key details of your trip so that we can check a suitable travel solution and create an individual offer.

An Amsterdam bus trip is suitable for companies, clubs, schools, study groups, agencies, organizers and private groups. It is particularly useful if you want to avoid many individual journeys and the group wants to travel together, in a planned manner and at agreed times.

For an offer we need travel date, starting location, group size, desired departure and return times, destination address or stopping points, reason for the trip, luggage requirements and special requirements. If a hotel, trade fair, event address, multiple boarding routes or a shuttle are planned on site, this information should be sent directly.

Yes, possible destinations such as RAI Amsterdam, hotels, harbor, airport, inner city areas or other program items can be included in the request. Whether a stop makes sense and is accessible depends on the time window, group size, traffic situation and local conditions.

If it suits the process, the travel solution can also take into account transfers on site, for example between a hotel, event, restaurant, harbor, RAI Amsterdam or other program points. Please let us know which trips are planned locally so that we can check the time required and implementation.

The earlier the travel date, group size and program are determined, the easier it is to check the trip. An early inquiry is particularly useful at weekends, holiday periods, trade fairs, company events and larger groups so that the route, times, vehicle requirements and organizational details can be coordinated properly.
