The 4 most important factors for your bus costs
- Vehicle category & bus size: Whether it’s an agile minibus (up to 18 people), a comfortable coach (up to 50 people) or a premium solution for special VIP requirements – equipment and size determine the basic price.
- Rental period & distance: A quick one-way transfer to the airport is calculated differently than an hourly rental for a conference or a full day for a company outing. There is no flat rate per kilometer per request (we generally have a kilometer price, but this does not apply alone to hourly bookings). We calculate the most efficient overall solution for you (from/to the company headquarters).
- Season & Demand: Demand for coaches is particularly high during large international trade fairs, on public holidays or during the holiday season. Especially the time before and after the Easter and autumn holidays is often booked 6-12 months in advance. This looks similar at large trade fairs or the Oktoberfest in Munich. An early reservation ensures availability and stable prices.
- Complex event logistics: For major events, we can coordinate several vehicles at the same time upon request. Extras such as hostess service, branding of the buses or exclusive catering are included in your tailor-made offer.

- Driving and rest times: The driving staff is always included with us. For long distances or night journeys, we plan strictly in accordance with legislation and, if necessary, factor in a second driver.
- Expenses & Accommodation: For multi-day trips, hotel accommodation and food for the driver must be taken into account.
- Route fees: We make tolls, ferry crossings (e.g. to Great Britain), tunnel fees or parking costs at the event location transparent in the calculation.

On the cost side, the price is almost identical to a bus with 20 or 30 seats. The decisive factors are the trained staff, the vehicle, the insurance included and factors such as fuel costs. You can also book a day tour of this size from 1,300.00 euros gross.
We first check your exact route and determine the mileage. We then take into account waiting times on site and calculate internal costs for cleaning, staff preparation and their working hours in order to offer you a transparent overall price.
We cannot generalize a fixed kilometer price, as kilometers within a city with increased consumption are calculated as pure long-distance journeys. As a rough guide, however, you can assume an average gross kilometer price of around 2.98 euros.
Our price includes the vehicle, the professional bus driver, fuel, WiFi (available in most vehicles) and all insurance necessary for the trip. In addition, a personal dispatcher is always available to assist you. This person will advise you before your trip and will also be your direct contact shortly before departure for any questions or last-minute route changes.
School trips are difficult to quantify across the board. A popular destination, for example, is London. The costs vary greatly depending on the program: Is the group only brought there on Monday and returned on Friday? Or does the bus remain on site for daily excursions? Such details have a significant influence on the final price.
An event shuttle can start from 600.00 euros gross with a clearly agreed framework. For more extensive mobility concepts with multiple stops, longer operating times, high demand or multiple vehicles, we create an individual offer.
Yes, of course. You don’t need to book a day trip and can request regular round-trip transfers. However, an exception are busy times (large trade fairs, events). Experience shows that with pure transfers, short-term program changes are often no longer possible if the bus is already scheduled for connecting tours. That’s why many of our customers book the flexibility directly and secure the vehicle for the entire day – the safest option for variable daily routines.
