Yes, our buses are subject to strict legal inspection requirements. In addition to the normal TÜV general inspection, commercially used buses are required to undergo a so-called safety inspection (SP) every 3 months. This includes, among other things: Braking system, steering, tires and lighting. In addition, every bus is comprehensively tested by DEKRA or TÜV at least once a year. Our vehicles therefore meet all legal requirements for the safe transport of people – particularly important for school and class trips.

As a professional travel provider, we strictly adhere to the statutory driving and rest times in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006. Our drivers are allowed to drive a maximum of 9 hours per day (up to 10 hours twice a week) and must then take an uninterrupted rest period of at least 11 hours. In addition, at least 45 minutes break is required every 4.5 hours of travel time.

If necessary, we use a driver duo, especially for night trips or longer trips abroad, in order to reach your destination legally, safely and without time pressure. Compliance with these rules is documented digitally and checked regularly – for maximum safety for your students and accompanying persons.
